REDLINE DISPATCH provides dispatching services for trucking companies and drivers across the USA, specializing in managing Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Stepdeck, RGN, and Conestoga trailers. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Finding and booking loads.
- Rate negotiation with brokers/shippers.
- Handling necessary paperwork.
- Providing updates and support.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be a registered trucking company or an authorized driver.
- Hold valid and active motor carrier authority.
- Maintain all necessary licenses and insurance as required by law.
4. Service Fees and Payment
- Our fees are based on an agreed percentage or flat rate per load.
- Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule.
- Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Operate in compliance with federal and state trucking regulations.
- Communicate promptly with dispatchers regarding load status.
- Notify REDLINE DISPATCH of any changes affecting dispatch services.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
- REDLINE DISPATCH acts solely as a dispatch service and does not assume liability for loss, damage, or delays related to loads.
- The client is responsible for ensuring proper cargo handling and compliance with all transportation laws.
- We do not guarantee load availability or specific earnings.
7. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate services with written notice.
- Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate termination.
8. Confidentiality
All information shared between REDLINE DISPATCH and the client shall remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.
10. Amendments
REDLINE DISPATCH reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
